Who we are

Countertrade Card Platform Ltd. runs this card platform. Cards are issued by the issuing bank named in your cardholder agreement, under licence from the card network.

Using the platform

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only with your own sign-in. Keep your password, PIN and verification codes secret. Tell us at once if you think someone else knows them.

Your account

You must give us true and complete details and keep them up to date. We may ask for documents to confirm who you are and where your money comes from, and we may refuse or close an account where the law requires it.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but it may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Card payments are decided even then, under the stand-in rules of your program.

Changes

We will tell you before we change these terms. If you keep using the platform after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Complaints

Write to us through Support in the app or at support@virtual-cards.pinnaclepremierb.com. We answer every complaint in writing.
