What we collect

Your name, contact details, date of birth, address, identity documents, the cards you hold and the payments you make with them, and how you use the app (device, IP address, sign-in times).

Why

To open and run your account and cards, to decide payments, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to meet our legal duties and, if you agree, to tell you about offers.

Who we share it with

The issuing bank, the card network, the processor that runs your cards, identity and fraud-check providers and, where the law requires, regulators and law enforcement. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you hold an account and then for the period the law requires, usually five to seven years after the account closes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, object to marketing and, where the law allows, ask us to delete it. Write to us through Support in the app.
