The card

Your virtual card is a payment card on the network shown on it. It belongs to the issuing bank and is issued to you under this agreement.

Your money

A prepaid or debit card can only spend the balance loaded onto it. Money you load is held safely in a protected account at the issuing bank.

Fees and limits

The fees and limits for your card are shown in the app before you create it and on every statement. We give you notice before fees change.

Keeping the card safe

Do not share the card number, security code or PIN except to make a payment. Freeze the card in the app if you lose a device or see a payment you do not recognise.

Payments you did not make

Report them in the app as soon as you can. We investigate, may credit you while we do, and refund you if the payment was not authorised by you.

Ending the agreement

You can close your card at any time in the app and take out the remaining balance. We may close it with notice, or at once where the law requires.
